Deanna Ball, PhD, CPCC, is a management consultant and certified leadership coach with over 25 continuous years of diversified experience in organization & leadership development, team effectiveness, talent management strategies and organization design. In her work, Deanna partners closely with executive management to build high performing organizations and teams by designing and implementing end-to-end integrated solutions and processes that enhance organizational performance.
Dr. Ball is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is recognized for leveraging people’s capabilities and strengths to unleash potential and maximize business results. Deanna is a trained organizational psychologist and coach with extensive experience in leader and team development, offsite design and facilitation, executive coaching, strategic change management, organization design and high impact communication strategies resulting in improved climate.
Dr. Ball is a certified professional coach (CPCC) and holds a PhD and MS in Organizational Psychology from The California School of Professional Psychology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Behavior from Salem State University in Salem, Massachusetts. Dr. Ball has her advanced certification in Organization Design through University of Southern California’s (USC) Marshall School of Business and is trained in the use of several assessment tools, including the Goleman-Boyatzis-Hay Group Emotional Competence Inventory™ and the Hay Group Leadership Styles™ and Organizational Climate Surveys™.
Before starting her own firm, Deanna's experience includes over 20 years as an executive level “Corporate Insider” in Human Resources, Talent Management and Organization Development. In addition to her corporate and consulting experience, Dr. Ball also served as a volunteer professional mentor with the Cherie Blair Foundation, who's mission is to empower woman all over the world to start, sustain and grow successful businesses and live to their full potential. She lives in Southern California with her husband, two children, two dogs and horse.

Erica has created and implemented data-driven solutions in many contexts, with a focus on organizational design, training, employee engagement, diversity/inclusion, change management, program evaluation, and retention in more than two dozen varied organizations as both an internal and external consultant.
